Our aim is to help you plan effectively for the future when we consider what to do upon losing a loved one.  Should Something Happen takes you by the hand in a gentle way, to know, and understand what needs to be done in the first 1-3 days when we’ve lost a family member.

Is this legally binding?

Not in a hard, fast way. However, the person listed in the Should Something Happen program may choose to have the documentation notarized in order to give it some possible legal standing.

How is something like this program good for the entire family, extended and otherwise?
